About the Management Units

You will assist the management team in the creation and development of the strategy to raise funds for the centre’s activities and in the management of these funds. The main activities will include:

Promote and coordinate the participation in national and international regional calls for applications for aid in the development of R&D and Innovation activities.

Support in the organisation of events, conferences, seminars and training courses.

To encourage collaboration between Andalusian research groups and other national or international groups.

Promover la transferencia de tecnologías entre el centro y el sector empresarial.

Support the creation and implementation of training and refresher training plans for the centre’s scientific staff in coordination with the management.

To lead the active communication of the centre at both scientific and social levels.

Fomentar alianzas entre el centro y otras entidades (empresas, universidades e instituciones del sector salud), así como la participación en redes de carácter científico enfocadas a la investigación en genética y genómica aplicada a la salud.

Promote ways of working in the development of projects that facilitate compliance with current regulations in pre-clinical and clinical development.
