01 – About GENyO

The Pfizer-University of Granada-Junta de Andalucía Center for Genomics and Oncology Research (GENyO), is a joint center participated by the Regional Ministry of Health and Consumer Affairs, the Regional Ministry of University, Research and Innovation, the University of Granada and the pharmaceutical company Pfizer, conceived as a space for research of excellence on the genetic basis of diseases, including cancer, as well as on the influence of genetic inheritance in the body’s response to certain drugs.

GENyO is created as a space for multidisciplinary research in which the interaction of different professionals from the health, university and business fields allows the generation of new systems for the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of diseases based on the joint and coordinated application of first level knowledge in the different fields of genetics.

This center is part of the Andalusian Research Program in Clinical Genetics and Genomic Medicine, one of the three research programs in Advanced Therapies of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, together with the Research Program in Cell Therapy and Regenerative Medicine and Nanomedicine.

01 – Information Collected and Stored Automatically

From the information collected when you visit this site, we store the following: the Internet protocol (IP) address through which you access the Internet, date and time of the session, the Internet address from which you connected directly to our site, the name of the file or words searched for and the application program (browser) used to access our site. This information is statistically processed by the Fundación Pública Andaluza Progreso y Salud and is used exclusively to improve our web portal. In no case is this information provided to third parties.

The legal basis of this treatment is based on the consent you give us by completing and sending the form or email, without which we could not fulfill the purpose described.
