Registration as a user, sample transfer and requirements

Our center offers a wide portfolio of services. We are available to internal and external researchers, encouraging the creation of alliances, as well as participation in networks of a scientific nature, focused on the application in clinical practice of diseases with a genetic base at regional, national and international levels. We are a young, multidisciplinary team with great motivation, a lot of experience and a desire to improve. Our success lies in the involvement and care we put into our users’ projects.

If you wish to register as a user, download the following file, complete it and send it to info@genyo.es, unidad.serviciosgenerales@genyo.es, or unidad.genomica@genyo.es. (Depending on the desired service).

If you are already a user of our center, you have a budget and you want to send us samples, you must complete the following file and send it tounidad.serviciosgenerales@genyo.es or unidad.genomica@genyo.es.

Depending on the type of sample or samples, if you have marked blood, serum, DNA, RNA, … you will have to complete one or more of the tabs in the following Annex:

Shipping address, shipping method and recommended times:

From any point of the peninsula with transport less than 24 hours, it can be done between Monday and Thursday.

Once the samples have been received, it will be verified that everything is correct through quality control. In the case that they are biological samples without extraction, at the end of the extraction it will be carried out.
